Using aivw.shop means you agree to these terms. No click-wrap surprises—just straightforward rules so we both know where we stand.

1. Site Conduct
You're allowed to browse, compare, and buy. You're not allowed to:

  • Deploy bots, scrapers, or data miners to harvest our content.

  • Introduce malware, ransomware, or any code that harms our systems.

  • Create fake accounts, submit fraudulent orders, or use stolen payment methods.

  • Post defamatory or misleading content about our products.

We monitor suspicious activity and reserve the right to block users without prior notice.

2. Orders & Account Responsibility
When you place an order, you're submitting a purchase offer. We confirm acceptance only when we send a shipping confirmation—not when you receive the order receipt.
If you set up an account, you're fully responsible for everything done through it. Share your password with nobody. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately. We'll freeze the account, but we're not liable for losses incurred before you notify us.

3. Price & Payment
Prices are quoted in AUD, USD, or EUR based on your detected region. Taxes and duties are not included unless specifically stated at checkout.
Payment methods available: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and local options like Afterpay (where supported). By providing payment info, you confirm you're the authorized cardholder or account owner.

4. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a complete refund (no other compensation) if:

  • The product goes out of stock after your order (we sync inventory but oversells happen).

  • A pricing error occurs—if a $200 item shows as $20, we'll cancel and apologize.

  • Your order triggers fraud alerts from our payment processor.

You'll receive an email explaining why. No hard feelings, but we'd rather cancel than ship under incorrect conditions.

5. Liability Cap & Force Majeure
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, time, or opportunities.
We are excused from performance delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control: natural disasters, labor strikes, war, government actions, pandemic restrictions, customs holds, or carrier network failures. If we can't deliver within a reasonable time, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be filed in Melbourne. For customers in the EU/UK, your local consumer protection laws still apply where mandatory—this clause does not waive those rights.

7. Term Updates
We may revise these terms by posting a new version here. The updated date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use aivw.shop after changes means you accept them.
